Mysterious soup cold miso soup with soy milk!
I cooked this cold soup. It's the cold miso soup that mix soy milk with cooked condensed miso soup. It taste is mild and like sweet corn soup, but it not use corn. As you know, soy milk made from soy beans. It is the juice squeezed by grinding soybeans. And have high protein, rich Vitamin and mineral, isoflavone. Especially, isoflavone is effective for the woman. It can adjust female hormones for good condition and make beautiful hair and skin. Also it is good for anti-aging. And it is nice thing, soy beans nutrition is almost unchanged if cooked.

How to Cook
Step 1 cook miso soup
Boil vegetables with amount of water and consomme powder into pot. Blend miso into soup in the spoon. And skim off the scum.
Step 2 finishing soup
Transfer the miso soup into bowl. Add boiled soy beans and cold soy milk. Check taste once, and adjust the taste with salt and white pepper. Then cool the soup in refrigerator. Drop few drop of olive oil into soup when eat, if you like.

10 grains--boiled soy beans
1 tbsp----Saikyo miso*
1/2 tsp---consomme powder
200ml----soy milk salt and white pepper

It is sweet white bean miso, kyoto style miso. It is white color miso and taste is sweet made from soy bean.
