Tsubuan - Mashed sweet red bean - Japanese sweets

Anko is one of the famous Japanese sweets ingredients. This is made from red beans simmered with sugar. It is able to eat both of hot sweets and cold sweets. Taste is sweet and rich red bean flavor. Then red bean have rich nutrition of Carbohydrate and Protein mainly, and have saponin, Vitamin B1, B2, dietary fiber too. This recipe is very easy to cook it! Because cooking ingredients are dry red beans, sugar and water!! You can enjoy cook and eat it :)

Cooking ingredients
250g---dry red bean (Azuki bean) 
1L-----water
165g to 200g---sugar 

(FYI : 165g Slightly sweet, 200g is strong sweet)

How to cook 
Step 1 To wash
Wash red beans with water. 
Step 2 To Boil 
Put red beans and 750g of water into pot, and boil those over a hight heat. Add 250g of water into the pot when the water boiled once. Simmer those over a low heat from 1 hour and 10 mins to 1 hour 30 mins. ( add water if it dryed ) 
Step 3 To adding sugar 
Add sugar into the pot separate three times during 10 mins and stir well.  
Take off the pot from heat when those got shiny. Transfer those to food container and cool to room temperature.
