Gluten-free sweets mactha crepe.

You can eat and enjoy super food as sweets.
If you like crepe, you should try to cook "Matcha crepe". This time, I decorated crepe looks like a girl are wearing wide green skirt and sit down. But I ate all faster....
This recipe use matcha powder, anko and ice cream too. And use sweet rice flour instead of wheat flour, so this is gluten free sweets! You can get rich nutrition and can enjoy sweet!! 


Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea. Now a day, it became popular at large city like NY, London, Paris as Japanese cuisine and healthy meal. It is super food and representative of Japanese food.  It has rich nutrition even just 1tbsp, especially contain an ingredient to make the skin beautiful!!

How to Cook
Step 1 Make mixture
Put egg, honey and brown sugar into bowl. Stir with whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Add milk, sweet rice flour and matcha powder into the bowl and stir very well. Add olive oil into the bowl and stir it. Strain the mixture. 
Step 2 Cook mixture
Cook the mixture with frying pan over low heat until the bottom is light brown. Turn it with spatula and cook the other side. 
Dish up 
Put the crepe, anko and ice cream on the plate. Serve with black sugar syrup.  cream on the plate. Serve with black sugar syrup. 

Preparing Cooking Utensil
Tablespoon, measuring cup, bowl, whisk, strainer, nonstick frying pan, spatula

Cooking ingredients ( Serve 2 people, 15min )
1------egg
1 tbsp--honey
30g----brown sugar (1.05822 oz / 0.0661386 lb)
110ml--milk
70g----sweet rice flour (2.46918 oz / 0.1543234 lb)
1 tbsp--matcha powder
1 tbsp--olive oil
Toppings
Azuki bean jam (Anko)
Ice cream
Black sugar syrup
Roasted soy powder as a topping is good too, if you like.
