Lovely cold dessert - Shiratama Dango Parfait


What is Shiratama Dango?
Shiratama Dango is dumpling made from sweet rice flour. Texture is chewy like gummy. Taste is little bit sweet naturally! Able to eat both of cold and hot. It is gluten free sweet. 
I put Shiratama dango and icecream into the glass mainly, then put topping of Japanese ingredients on the top. Azuki jam, Matcha and nuts have rich nutrition. You can get rich nutrition, and enjoy taste and texture with Shiratama dango parfait!!

How to Cook
1 step : Making dough
Add water in to Shiratamako carefully and mixing until the dough becomes as soft as an earlobe.
( first,  80% of water add to the shiratamako and mixed it well. Then check the dough and mixing.) 
2 step : Boil dough
Making small balls by your hand and boil it with boiled water for few minites.
3 step : Cool down dumplings
Put dumplings into ice water when dumplings have floated. Then cool down those for some minuets.
Note : Shiratama dumpling will become hard if keep it less than 5 degree, and texture is not good.
Dish up 
Put Matcha dumplings in Grass first, next is Ice cream, then white dumplings and sprinkle Matcha powder. Put Azuki beans on those looks good and walnuts on Top! You can decorate with Whipped cream, if you want ;)
Put Brown sugar syrup and Roasted soybean flour on top when you eat.

Toppings
Vanilla ice cream 
Matcha powder
Azuki bean jam
Walnuts
Brown sugar syrup**
Roasted soybean flour***
