Healthy chicken and rape blossoms quiche with potato crust (Gluten free)


This quiche dough is taste and texture are seems like pie dough, and light taste more than pie dough. It is really good! If you bake gluten free dough use this dough, because this dough not use flour:) 


Outstanding nutrition and keywords

Rape blossom: Vitamin E, K, C, Folic acid, Sodium, Molybdenum, Isothiocyanate.

RECIPE

Ingredients 
Saute chicken 
200g――Chicken (Thigh) 
2―― Rosemary
Nip of salt and white pepper
3tbsp―-White wine
Soak up to chicken ―- Olive oil

Saute rape blossoms 
5-6―― Rape blossom
Nip of salt and white pepper 
1tbs――olive oil

How to cook
Step1:
Saute chicken in a frying pan until get brown both of surface. It’s ok if it undercooked. 
Step2:
Saute rape blossom in a frying pan from stems of rape blossoms, then turn off the heat when it wilted. 
Step3: 
Spread cooked rape blossom onto bottom of baked quiche, and put cooked chicken on it next. Then pour Appareil into it. And bake it 30min/340℉


Quiche crust made from new potato 
Ingredients 
300g――new potatoes
One pinch of salt
Nip of white pepper
1tbsp――Cornstarch
50g―――Melted butter

How to cook 
Step1: 
Slice new potato as thinly as possible and put it into the bowl, then sprinkling salt, white pepper and cornstarch, and mix those well. 
Step2:
Paint melted butter on the baking pan well. 
Then paste sliced potato on the pan from outside, on the corner and on the bottom of pan. Repeat paste process twice. 
In the end, paint melted butter on the potato evenly. 
Step3: 
Bake it 20min/340°F


Quiche Appareil
Ingredients 
1―-Egg 
1―-Egg yolk
1/3tsp―-Salt
A dash of nutmeg 
200ml―-Fresh cream 
120ml―-Milk
1tbsp―flour(use cornstarch as a substitute for flour if you want to make gluten free)

How to cook
Mix and put all ingredients into the bowl from top to bottom.
