Testy and juicy! Teriyaki chicken & egg sandwich

Teriyaki chicken is very popular now a day!  If you remaining teriyaki chicken in your refrigerator, You can make sandwich easily!!
Sweet teriyaki sauce, juicy chicken and mild fried egg are good match.


The chicken have cooked and seasoned already, so you can just put ingredients in between toast!! And green perilla have high nutrition for anti-aging and cancer prevention!!  You can use seaweed, If you want enjoy more Japanese taste.  Also you can make salad, noodle and wrap with remaining teriyaki chicken. 


Cooking Recipe 

How to make
Pre-cooking soft fried egg and toast bread. 
Spread butter and mustard on 2 slices of toast. And put all ingredients in between toast ! 

Cooking ingredients
2 slices----bread
10g (or as needed)----butter (0.35274 oz / 0.0220462 lb)
1 tbsp------mustard
