Marinade colorful vegetable

How to cook

600g-----rice vinegar (21.1644 oz /1.322772 lb)
10 grains--(each) white and black pepper 
3 leaves---bay leaf
1 tsp------lemon juice 

Additional Information: 
You can adjust amount of sugar and vinegar to 1 : 4, if you like more sour taste. This marinade liquid for vegetable. You can adjust ingredients, If you want to marinate fish or meat. Example, change wine to the alcohol unique flavor or taste, It is like a cider.


Have rich Vitamin C marinade Bell peppers!
Red bell pepper contains a lot of vitamin C.
How to cook 
Step 1 Cut peppers
Cut peppers same size.
Step 2 Boil peppers
Boil water with pot. Add salt into it and stir. Boil pepper into pot. Put it up to a colander after 40 second.
Step 3 Marinating peppers
Drained off water from pepper and put it into food container, Add marinade liquid into the food container while hot. Cover it and keep in refrigerator when it get room temperature.
Can enjoy the taste during 3 days after next day. Serve with olive oil. Olive oil make it taste mild and can enjoy flavor.

1/2----Red color
1/2----Yellow color
1/2----Orange color
6g-----salt
1L-----water
200ml---marinade liquide


Japanese eat burdock!!  Marinade burdock
The burdock contains a lot of dietary fiber.
How to cook 
Step 1 Cut burdock
Cut burdock same size.
Step 2 Boil burdock
Boil water with pot. Add salt into it and stir. Boil burdock into pot. Put it up to a colander after cooked. Step 3 marinating burdock
Drained off water from burdock and put it into food container, Add marinade liquid into the food container while hot. Cover it and keep in refrigerator when it get room temperature.
Can enjoy the taste during 3 days after next day. Serve with olive oil. Olive oil make it taste mild and can enjoy flavor. Or serve with sesame seeds is good too.

150g---burdock (5.2911 oz / 0.330693 lb)
6g-----salt (0.211644 oz /0.01322772 lb)
1L-----water
200ml---marinade liquide
