Today, I introduce to you the recipe is super very easy for cooking edamame. And you can enjoy drinking with Edamame !!



What is Edamame?
Edamame is young soy beans. Usually, Japanese people eat the Edamame which boiled with salt for a snack food of drinking. It has good balance of natural sweet and salty taste. Now a day it become popular in north US and Europe because there have boom of Japanese food as healthy food.

Why people eat Edamame as drinking snack food?
Of course, Edamame have rich nutrition as you know. Methionine, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin C nutrition of edamame accelerate decomposition of alcohol in the body when you eat edamame and drinking together. Human body might know about it!?


RECIPE


How to Cook
Step 1 Prepare ingredients
Cut the distal end portion leading to the stalk of edamame. Wash edamame with water. Squeezing soybeans with salt into the bowl.
Step 2 Boil edamame
Put all edamame and salt into pot and boil those with boiled water for 5 min. You can check by eat it.
Dish up
Put those on the dish. You can eat both of hot and cold.
IF you want to cold it, put those on the sieve and cool by wind or cold air. Don't put those into water include ice!! Because it will loss flavor, taste if do it.

Preparing Cooking Utensil
Pot, bowl, kitchen knife or cuisine shears, cutting board

Cooking Ingredients ( Serve 2 people, 10min )
250g---(young) soybeans in the pod
20g----Salt
500ml--Water
( 4% solution of salt )

Additional Information
If you use mineral salt or some unique salt, boiled edamame will change taste by the salt taste.
